Spinach
spaghetti
300 g of
frozen spinach
1 onion
2 cloves of garlic
200 g of crumbed young cheese
100 g of processed cheese
Olives or/and champions
200g of noodles
Salt, pepper, chilli and whatever spices you like
Preparing of this dish takes time of boiling noodles (unless you are
going to prepare these Chinese pasta that boils for 2 minutes - this
may be a bit too short:-)
Boil the water for noodles. Chop the onion and the garlic and fry it
in the pot till all gets golden colour. Add spinach and wait until it
starts to stew. Chop champions and olives in the meantime. Add them
and boil them all again. When the noodles are almost ready (4 min before
the end) add both kinds of cheese and spices, wait until it melts together,
put it on the top of noodles and try. It may not look great but how
it tastes... mniam,mniam:-)
Salmon
spaghetti
- recipe from my Italian roommate Roberto
200 g of smoked salmon
Small can of pees
200 g of 20% cream
Tbl. spoon of flour
Noodles of course (ribbon's shape recommended:-)
Salt, pepper and whatever spices you like
Speedy dish again:-)
Boil the water for noodles. Chop the salmon, put it to the pot, add
pees and almost all of the cream. Leave 1/4 and mix it with flour. When
the noodles are almost ready (4 min before the end), heat the rest (do
not boil it!!!!). When it starts to steam, add the rest of the cream
(with flour) and spices. Pour on the top of the noodles and enjoy.
Turkish
yogurt dessert
- recipe from my Turkish friend Jasemin
200 g of tight yogurt (greek or turkish style)
10 spoons of honey (te dark kind gives an excellent taste)
almonds, nuts crushed into small pieces
Pour the yogurt in to bawls (when it is tight enoudh you may even be
able to create a bolls of it - looking lovely). With the spoon make
thin "cord-like" shapes with the honey. Put a rich fist of
the mixed nuts on the top of it. It is the best when served immidiately,
since the water tends to separate from the yogurt if it stays too long.
